- Q: Do you ship worldwide ?
A: No, we currently only ship to the U.S.A.
- Q: Is shipping Free ?
A: Yes ! Free shipping is included with every order Tracking numbers are provided.
- Q: How long will my order take to deliver (U.S) ?
A: Your order should take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
* In some cases it would take up to 14 days !
- Q: How do I receive multiple item order ?
A: If you order several products, each one will be sent in a seperate package (in most cases).
- Q: Can I amend my order ?
A: Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.
- Q: How do I track my order ?
A: You can track your parcel via the email we sent you once your order is dispatched. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page.
- Q: What if I received a faulty item ?
A: if you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via 'Contact Us' on our website.
- Q: What is my delivery options ?
A: We currently only offer standard shipping option, which is free and express shipping.
- Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A: No, but by setting up an account, you will become a member of our community and receive exclusive discounts, and other great updates in the future.
- Q: How secure is your site ?
A: Goldamy processes payments using the Paypal payment gateway. Paypal is certified to PCI Service Provided, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Paypal to prevent fraud.
** You can also use the Paypal checkout to pay with the major credit card companies after having logging in to your account.
